Jones French Jones were approached by Cicero Translations to create a new content managed web site. The key objectives were to restructure and refocus the site content and functionality to guide users to helpful information, and to help Cicero Translation capitalise on the site as a lead generation tool.
Cicero Translations help companies do business internationally by providing a range of translation services. The new website set out to position them as an approachable, friendly, professional business, in stark contrast to the increasing number of automated online translations systems.
Cicero Translations have a great reputation for exceptional customer service, and clear, friendly advice. We set about rationalising the large amount of content on the previous site to focus on helping visitors get information faster. The site has been designed to give a clear, concise overview of their professional services, and, by utilising lead generation techniques, to encourage users to contact them or request a quote. The intention is to more accurately reflect their business ideals to visitors.
We also focussed on making the site responsive to improve the experience for their increasing number of visitors on mobile devices.
